Training

The RailCampus OWL sees itself as a networking platform and an interface between education, industry, and the railway sector. While RailCampus itself does not provide vocational training, it creates the conditions for connecting training programs, companies, and future skilled workers. Through close cooperation with its member organizations, a strong network is formed that opens up a wide range of career opportunities in rail, mobility, and engineering.

Many RailCampus OWL member organizations are actively involved in the training of young people and, through their practice-oriented apprenticeship and qualification programs, make an important contribution to securing skilled labor in the railway sector. This offer is complemented by additional partners from infrastructure, engineering, digitalization, and mobility sectors.

RailCampus OWL acts as a central interface: interested individuals receive orientation on training pathways, career development opportunities, and qualification programs within the network. At the same time, companies benefit from strengthened networking with universities, research institutions, and other industry stakeholders.
